Mobile App End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: May 2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the New Amsterdam mobile application (“App”) provided by NEW AMSTERDAM GROUP (NY) LLC (“Company”).

1. License Grant: Subject to compliance with these terms, Company grants you a limited, revocable,
   non-transferable license to use the App for lawful, personal purposes.

2. Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or sublicense the App.

3. Compliance: You agree to use the App only in accordance with applicable laws, including New York cannabis
   regulations.

4. Updates: Company may provide updates or modifications to the App, which are governed by this Agreement.

5. Termination: Company may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.

6. Disclaimer: The App is provided “as is” without warranties, except as required by New York law.

7. Limitation of Liability: Company is not liable for damages beyond what is permitted under New York law.
